• Pricing: From £800 for up to 50 guests, then £13 a head.
• Deposit and terms: £200 non-refundable Save the Day deposit. Final numbers 14 days before, final invoice paid 7 days before.
• The truck: 6.0m × 2.4m. Needs hard standing and 13amp power or a silenced generator. Arrive 1–2 hours before, 2-hour standard service.
• Dietary: Fully vegetarian burger. Gluten-, dairy- and egg-free brioche, individually wrapped, toasted without butter.
