story
Our story
Born in 2020. Built on one thing: proper smash burgers.
We use aged, grass-fed beef from Aubrey Allen, smashed hard onto a ripping-hot griddle. That gives you crispy edges and a juicy middle, every time. It goes in a seeded bun, baked daily and toasted in clarified butter for a golden, rich finish.
Most of our sauces are made in house. Keep it classic with the Staying True, with ketchup, mustard and American cheese. Or go all in with the Bussin, with red onion jam and smoked streaky bacon. And if beef’s not your thing, our southern fried chicken has you covered.
Smash burgers don’t wait around. Eat it hot, while the edges are still crispy.
